Oreo Truffles

4 cups of Oreo cookies crushed
1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese (brick, not whipped)
  1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
  2. Place cookie crumbs in a large size zip-lock bag, along with the cream cheese.
  3. Mix by squeezing the bag until the cream cheese and cookies are blended.
  4. Roll into balls and refrigerate until cold. Dip rolled balls into melted dark, milk or white chocolate candy melts.
  5. Store in refrigerator if not eaten right away.
